These plates are designed to withstand the rigours of a busy kitchen with rolled edges and a strong body (fired at 1240C); the final product is super strong, oven, dishwasher, and microwave safe.
Up to 6 skilled craftspeople are involved in creating a single piece with many of the artisans honing their skills at Robert Gordon over the years.
